If what you meant was the overlay color, try to apply the following CSS code:

#pg-52-5 .overlay {
    background-color: #fff;
}

Replace #pg-52-5 with your testimonial’s row ID name. You can find it through the browser’s inspector https://cloudup.com/cIEIH89MsUT

Try to apply the following CSS code through the Simple Custom CSS plugin or child theme’s style.css

.roll-testimonials blockquote{
  background: transparent !important;
  color: #000 !important;
}
