Change color at left on logout & lost password

The classes are generic and we are unable to target those specifically however if to change the color or background for the notice messages then kindly copy and paste the following code in LoginPress -> Customizer -> Custom CSS/JS.

.login .notice.notice-info.message{
    border-left: 4px solid #2a8bed !important;
    background: #0a0b0c !important;
    color: #fff !important;
}

P.S. It will change all the notice colors.
