    Hi,

    After the last update it seems like there has been some color changes, and the default color that we have been using on the site is gone and replaced by a new Woo-blur color. This is on “item added to cart” on product page and “do you have a cupong” on the checkout page.

    Can you help me change it back, and also remove the icon you have placed there? ??

    Kind regards Vibeke

    Hi @fullctrl,

    Can you please check whether you’re using block or shortcode on your checkout page? It’s possible that the checkout page might have switched to block after the recent update. Would you mind removing the block, adding the shortcode, and then checking if the problem is resolved?

    Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to hearing from you!

    Hi,

    Yes, we use Divi, and there are blocks on the checkout page, but it’s also the same issue on product page, when added to cart.

    But I did try to remore the blocks and only use shortcode, but that looked all wrong and too much space and padding on the site. So I’m back on using blocks / Divi builder.

    Hi @fullctrl,

    In order to visually understand the colors that have changes, are you able to share a screenshot of how it looks from your end?

    Here’s how to make a screenshot: https://wordpress.com/support/make-a-screenshot/.

    Hi,

    Of course, here is a screenshot on how the colors has changed and the icon is added;

    Hey! Thanks for the screenshot.

    I checked on my website, and the color is still the same as it was before (green)

    So this does not seem to be related to WooCommerce’s update.

    Can you please switch to Storefront and check if the issue persists?

    Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.

    You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

    Hi,

    But this is not the same colour code (the site use the colour code #acbfb5 as a contrast colour on the site, and this does not match the site. Also, there did not use to be an icon on these boxes (added to cart, or do you have a cupong).

    This is the same on other shops I manage, where the box used to be purple or dark green. Now they are all the same colour. Is there a way to change it?

    On storefront this does not appear, as I use a builder.

    Hi @fullctrl,

    Is there a way to change it?

    It is possible to change the colors back with the help of custom CSS code.

    Try adding this custom CSS by going to your Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS

    /* store notice */
    .woocommerce-store-notice, p.demo_store {
      background-color: #acbfb5 !important;
    }
    /* add-to-cart message */
    .woocommerce-message {
      background-color: #acbfb5 !important;
    }

    I hope this helps.

    Hi again @fullctrl,

    I am sorry to hear that the shared code did not work as expected. If comfortable, please share with us your site link so that we can help customize the code for your store.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    Thank you so much!

    As of now it’s for all of the stores I manage, but this one in particular; https://www.fridcosmetics.no/

    ?? hey @fullctrl

    Let’s zoom out for a moment, and take things from the top:

    After the last update it seems like there has been some color changes
    […]
    On storefront this does not appear, as I use a builder.

    From what I gather, the issue was identified a little over a week ago, while the latest release of WooCommerce was made available before that.

    Just to clarify, to which last update is the reference above?

    I’d recommend reaching out to the builder plugin’s support, as it appears they would be in a better position to assist you. The issue is not identified with the Storefront theme active, as I understand.

    For further details with regard to our scope of support, feel free to see here.

    I trust that points you in the right direction, but if you have more questions, let us know.

    We’re happy to help.

    Hi,

    We did notice the changes happened after the lates update, but they may have been there a bit longer, not sure.

    @carolm29 did have the same colour / icon in the shop, so unless they use Divi, it is a Woocommerce issue, and not Divi.

    One should be able to customize it, and I am no longer able to do that.

    Hello Local,

    Thank you for your reply.

    I’d like to inform you that by default, WooCommerce uses three types of notices to alert customers on your website:

    – Success notices are displayed in Green.
    – Error notices appear in Red.
    – General notices are shown in Blue, such as “Have a Coupon?” or “Please create an account.”

    It’s important to note that these color schemes are a standard part of WooCommerce, and they are not adjustable directly through WooCommerce settings. To customize these colors, you would need to apply custom CSS to your theme.

    If you would like to change these colors, and you are not comfortable with writing CSS yourself, you may need the assistance of a developer.

    Here’s an example of what typical WooCommerce notices look like:

    I hope this helps. ??

    Best regards.
