Change code to allow coauthors (Co-Authors Plus Plugin)

Hello! I’ve installed the “Co-Authors Plus” plugin to add more than one author on the posts of my blog, but it says the code must be edited for the changes to be correctly shown. However, I can’t find in the Simple Days code the code snippet that must be replaced. What can I do to see more than one author on the posts of my blog (with the Co-Authors Plus or any other plugin)? Thanks.
