change CDN path

My route to familytreetops.com (using Centurylink) to Go Daddy server is going through Chicago2 Level3 server. This server has been having difficulty for about a week. Images on ExactCDN take a long time to load or don’t load on my end. Using my dashboard in WordPress is extremely slow and often fails. It does not appear to affect image or website load time when checking my site at webpagetest, gtmetrix, or ready.mobi. Is there anything you or I can do to avoid the Level 3 server in Chicago?
