Firstly, navigate to the “Featured Collection” section with Elementor Navigatior: https://i.snipboard.io/EekyI1.jpg

Then locate to Shortcode section, where the selected products are specified from. Then update the current shortcode to

[products columns="3" limit="3" category="cat-prod"]

Replace cat-prod with your desired category slug.
