Change capability

I know that its currently not possible to change the capability/permission for the plugin pages. We have sites that we want to allow a specific user role (or capability) to change the favicon, but they should not get the whole manage_options capability.

Do you consider adding some hooks to the admin pages created within create_favicon_settings_menu? That would be awesome, the code will function as normal but if some needs to overwrite this (like us) it can be overwritten.
