CHange cache time

Thanks so much for this plugin! Very handy for those in the travel industry!

I do notice the current weather is inaccurate by 10 degrees F. I am aware it shows cached data, and renewed only so often to reduce bandwidth. How do I change it to update every, say, 30 minutes?

Also, how do I change the link for the logo attribution? It goes to developer.worldweatheronline.com instead of worldweatheronline.com . The text link is fine.
