    Hi there,

    Sorry for the delay in responding.

    Here’s a bit of CSS which should fix the sticky picture:

    body.configurator_is_inline div#page {
        overflow: initial;
    }

    Regarding the style / design, it looks like you managed that already.

    Let me know if there’s something else you need help with.

    Hi Marc,

    Thanks for your reply, it works fine!

    We also purchased the following ad-ons:

    -Variable products > This isn’t working right now. Please check this variable product, the configurator isn’t showing: https://watt.nl/product/wallbox-pulsar-plus/

    -Advanced description > We would like to translate tooltip box + closing text > We also noticed some more english words that we would like to translate (those aren’t in ‘other labels’)

    Thank you.

    Hi there,

    • Variable products

    At the moment, you cannot use the inline shortcode with variable products, because the user first needs to select a variation before they can configure.

    • Advanced description:

    The “close” label is in the Advanced description settings.

    In order to translate the tooltip and other labels in the plugins which aren’t available directly from the UI, you need to use a plugin such as Locotranslate or My WP Translate, which will enable you to translate every string.

    Hi Marc,

    How can we fix this? Is there a workaround?

    For example, if base product is called Y

    And customer selects option X > Product Y is removed and Option X is added?

    (@marcusig)

    Sorry I don’t quite understand?

    Thread Starter remywatt

    (@remywatt)

    For example:

    Our product is a charging statio that has two variation options:

    1. Color > White or Black
    2. Cable length > 5 meter or 7 meter

    Can we create a layer with Color with option White and Black and a layer with Cable Length with option 5 meter or 7 meter.

    If customer selects Option White and 5 meter > The correct product variant is selected in the configurator.

    Dear Marc,

    We purchased the Configurator along with 4 Add-ons, and we would appreciate your support. It is crucial for us to have the configurator functioning with variable products, as the majority of our products are variable. We were unaware that the configurator wouldn’t be compatible with variable products. Currently, we are making efforts to optimize its functionality as efficiently as possible.

    Please help us with this.

    Thank you Remy

    Also, I tried to delete layers / content but it doesn’t work. The layer or content won’t remove.

    Hi Remy,

    We were unaware that the configurator wouldn’t be compatible with variable products

    The configurator is not incompatible with variable products per say. But at the moment using the inline shortcode does only work with a simple product, or with a single variation. The reason being that the variation need to be selected first, in order to fetch the appropriate data.

    You can see it used here with variations:

    Could I suggest that you send a request on the premium support form as this is for premium features, and maybe we can chat so you can give me more details on what you want to achieve.
