Change Booking Slot times

Hi all,

I’m wondering if it is possible to change the booking time slots at all? The default time slots are ok for most of our clients, but some need bookings that start at 10am and go on to 1pm. Is this possible do you think? Even if it is something that you can choose a start and end date, so like a custom time.
