Change booking hours to specifications

  • Hello, good evening. I would like to inquire about the possibility of changing the hours of the table reservation for 3 options for the select hours, so that all hours do not go out: 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.

    Hello,

    in case you want to display only 11:00 am, 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm as available times for booking, you need to use the working shifts feature provided by VikRestaurants.

    First of all, you should open the global configuration of VikRestaurants and set the Opening Mode parameter to Shifted mode.

    At this point you should head to the Operations > Shifts and create 3 new shifts, which all them start and end at the same hour (11:00 am, 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm in your case).

    Notice that the working shifts don’t necessarily represent the opening hours of your restaurant. You can just use them to restrict the times in which you accept reservations.
