    Best way is to use a tool like POedit to load the .pot file in the languages folder, translate the text “bonus questions” and save a .mo file (your custom translation) for your languagecode. See the FAQ for details on where you have to place the file and other notes about translations.

    You only have to translate the texts you want different. For texts that are not translated, the default text is used.
