Change black line under blogpost

Hi,

I want to change the black line and have been able to change a lot of these at other places. However in the blogposts bottom I can’t figure out how to do this.

I believe that I found out where this should be done:
.entry-footer {
border-width-top: 4px!important
}

However, as soon I add elements as
border-width-top: 4px dotted #11aec9;

It’s doing nothing with the color and dots.

Anybody knows how to change this.
