Change ‘Birthday’ label to ‘Age’

Hi,

I’m using a field called Birthday, and I have ticked the ‘Check this if you want to show age instead of birthdate:’ option. It’s fine when someone enters their birthday, as it shows ‘Birthday’ and then day/month/year, but on the front end I want to show the label ‘Age’ next to the age value, instead of Birthday. How can I do this please?
