Change behaviour of wordpress icon on the top left corner of block editor

Hi,

Pressing the wordpress logo in the top left of the block editor takes you the post admin page. I’d like to change a)to my own logo and b) have this link to a different page.

Is there a hook to change this? I’ve only seen solutions to hide it with css (see links below)
