Change background of individual pages

  • I am attempting to change the background of all of my pages on my website. I have successfully figured out how to change the background of just an individual post; however, I would like the page and the website background to both be black.

    I have used the css #page .entry-content {background-color: #000 !important;} and it turned my background of the first post (also first page) black, but not the surrounding areas so it looks strange.

    Any help will be much appreciated.

    I looked at the site and it all looks ok so I am guessing you managed to figure it out. If not please can you provide an image showing which bits should be which colours!
