    Hello,

I was wondering if it’s possible to change an appointment on the back end as admin?

For example: If a client books an appointment, but wanna change it.
I know the client can do it from the link in the confirmation mail, but can i cahnge it as admin as well? I can’t seem to find that option. I see i can cancel or remove the appointment, but not change. Am I missing something or is it not possible?

Soon i’ll purchase the plus function for the google calendar integration. Added to this question; If i have an appointment in to the google calendar, and i change the appointment for example 1 hour earlier, will this be changed into the simply schedule appointment calendar as well? better said, is it a two-way synchronization?

    Thanks for the help!

    Hello @mieszje ,

It is not currently possible for an admin to edit an appointment, though you could add a link to edit the appointment to the admin’s email notification so they could use that to make changes. Our thinking was that an admin wouldn’t really be able to change dates or times of appointments as they wouldn’t know when their customer was available for rebooking.

If you edit an appointment on Google Calendar, that change does not get reflected in the appointment in Simply Schedule Appointments. We don’t have a way to make sure that Google notifies your site that the appointment has been modified through their interface. Hope that helps. Let us know if you have any other questions we can answer.
