Change an image on the header in an artisteer created theme

    I am using a them created in artisteer by a 3rd party and would like to change the image that appears on my home page header. For more details about this please see https://www.poojaruprell.com. I would like to change the picture (horse. I am a new user of word press so detailed instructions would help. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

    You need to upload a new 994px wide by 225px high image – called Header.jpg – to the wp-content/themes/PoonamsDesign/images folder via FTP.
