Change amount in Admin panel

Hi,

When you add a product directly from the admin panel, the product prices do not change based on the billing/shipping country changes. Is there a way to ensure the logic works when you are adding product directly from the admin panel.

I have a site where the prices are different for canadian and non-canadian customers.
