Change Amazon S3 by Digital Ocean

I have uploaded the images to Amazon S3, in the bucket he says that there are 17,000 objects that I have (about 800MB). The question is that I am not clear about the Amazon price system, so I am evaluating the Digital Ocena Space option, for $ 5 per month. When uploading the images to Amazon, I had the option to delete them from my worpdress hosting.

If I create my digital ocean space account, how could I move the images from Amazon S3 to Digital Ocean? Would I have to download the images to my hosting to import them back to Digital Ocean? Or how could he do it?
