Change alt text for twitter

    Hi there,

    Still loving the plugin.

    I would like to change the alt text for the twitter image button but I’m not sure where/if there is a way to do this. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

    Hi Chery,

    Glad to know you like the plugin ??
    The “Alt” attribute for the social share icons is hard-coded in the plugin. There is no option for this in the plugin.
    May I know why you want to do this? I am assuming you want to change the text “Twitter” that pops up on hovering the icon.

    Exactly – I’m calling it X-Twitter everywhere else on the site ??

    Okay. We will take care of it in the next couple of days. Twitter logo and title will be updated to match the new one.

    After updating the plugin to the version 3.3.53, you can enable the X share icon from the list of social share icons in the admin area.
