Change all default colour

    You can change theme color in the Customize > General options > General styling

    let me know where do you want to change the color on your site?

    I thought that when I changed General Styling colour It change in buttons, sidebar… all settings with the same colour.

    Yes, It will apply to all the elements. But you can manually control color for almost every element in the customizer.

    Не могу поменять цвет ссылок, подвала, прозрачность меню и т.п.

    For the menu color –

    Go to Customize > Header > Menu and set the color from here.

    For the links –

    Go to Customize > General Styling > Link color (bottom of the panel).

    Menu Transparency –

    Go to Customize > Header > General and select transparent header style.
