Change agent from Administrator to another user in Free version

    I want that online consultant was someone who has no access to all admin panel options, I want to change agent user from administrator to someone with lower access level to admin options (I can allow any user to use any option of admin panel, but it says I have no access to live chat options, because I am not admin in that case).
    P.S. I don’t need more agents, I need that agent was not administrator, but different user.

    Any user on your site can be made the default chat agent – you can specify which user should be the chat agent by going to ‘Live Chat’ -> ‘Settings’ -> ‘Chat Agents’ and selecting your preferred agent.

    I had tried this. Agent is added now when I logout my site after login I can not see the other chat agent in Select box neither I is selecting other user as chat agent and stopped sending messages .

    Please confirm what version of the plugin is currently installed on your site?

    Just to confirm, once you’ve changed the agent, neither of the agents show up in the dropdown when logging in again?
