Change admin email do not work

I changed the admin email of my wordpress site both to admin userid and on Setting->general.
I received the confirmation emails and now these are changed, but the sender and the footer
If you have any problems, please contact us at {admin_email}
still point to the old email address.
How can I change the {admin_email} reference?
