if you don’t want to or cannot change the admin email for this, you can use a filter for this:
https://antispambee.pluginkollektiv.org/documentation/#antispam_bee_notification_recipients

This code would go into a functions.php file (if you have a custom theme or child-Theme). Or in a functionality plugin or via a Code Snippet plugin.
