I’m developing a website for a client and wondering if I can first create all the forms with my Hubspot account (for testing) and then change to my client’s account. Will I lose everything if I change the account?

Hi @problesole. All forms are linked to a HubSpot account.

Once you disconnect your account, the forms that are embedded on WP posts will still be visible, but the submissions will go to your account. When your client connects their HubSpot account, they won’t see the forms you have created in their Forms dashboard. They can however remove the forms you have embedded.

If your client wants the forms to be already set up, I’d suggest either create a free HubSpot account for your client and invite them when everything is ready, or – if your client already has a HubSpot account – ask them to invite you and give you access to Forms.
