    Hi,

I create a site for an association. I have several plans.
I would like to know if there is any way in backend to change the plan of a member. I try to do that but (like you can see in linked screenshots) it is not possible nor in single member status page (clicking on the selector PMS does’t show other plans to select), neither in the members list (to do it massive).

For example: I have 4 different (A, B, C, D) plans and I want to change want to change the plan for 5 members form A to B. Or also just for a single member from A to B.

    Thanks a lot.

    Hi @supergap,

If the plans are from the same tier, you can change them from there.

But if they are not from the same tier, you will have to delete the old plans and after to add the users to the new one.

    Kind regards,

    Hi, thanks for replying.
I get the point of tier subscription.
And now when I edit a single member I can move it from one to another subscription level.
But there’s an issue about that. For example I have a ‘Subscription A 2021’ and a ‘Subscription A 2022’. The first one expires on 01/01/2021 the second expires on 01/01/2022. So I can change subscription of a single member form ‘A 2021’ and ‘A 2022’. But in my experience when I change the subscription plan the fixed period date doesn’t change with the plan (so the plugin does’t take the expiring date from the activated new subsciption plan).

Now what I would like to have, is a way to use fixed period subscription plan and when it expires (for example on 01/01/2021), if the member pay me to upgrade at the end of 2021, I can go under Members and change his plan with a tier one that expires on 01/01/2022. It seems logic to me that this can be a standard behaviour of the plugin.

    How to get it?
    Thanks a lot.
