Hi. Thanks for the plugin. I have one specific question:

Is it possible to add the “edit” button and functionality to “Last modified on: ” value? Basically I can imagine the same function which can be found withing the “published”. Sometimes I make some slight changes to the posts, but I am not affecting the content. So I don′t want to have all the posts, where I am showing the modified date, to look like modified at the same date.

Thanks a lot for the answer. I can not find any other solution on internet.

    Hi @krysar,

Of course it would be possible to make this time editable through the admin interface but it is outside of the scope of this plugin as outlined here.

It’s not a bad idea, but this plugin is not intended to change the modified time at all, and will not be adding features to do so. Perhaps you could create your own plugin if there is not one that currently meets your needs?

Thanks for the answer. Unfortunately I don′t have the superpower to code my own plugin. All my knowledge about php and so comes from trials and errors approach. I am photographer and writer, not the coder ??

But if you have any suggestions, they are welcomed. I believe that some simple function can add the editable field to the post edit page, but I could not find any reference.

    Thanks again anyway

    Jakub
