    Hi,

    I’ve been using this Donation Plugin on my website, attempting to integrate it with PayPal. Unfortunately, I’ve been struggling with an error for days. I’ve exhausted all my options to fix it on my end, and when I contacted PayPal, they confirmed the issue wasn’t on their end. Frustratingly, my attempts to get support from GiveWP have been unproductive. There’s no live chat option, and I’ve received no meaningful response from their team.

    Hi Surajkumar,

    Happy to help. We replied to your support ticket #158544 on October 17, the same day it was submitted. I also replied to ticket #158423 also on the same day but we never got a reply since then.

    On ticket #158423 I included a video where I explain what was going on and how to fix it.

    When I checked your site, you had already connected to live PayPal Donations account. The problem is that you are trying to connect to the sandbox PayPal site using your live PayPal account.

    Once you create a PayPal Sandbox account, you can use it to connect to PayPal Sandbox Connection.
