Same problem on Contact Form 7, always duplicate on form fill errors (required fields).

Just for information, in order to remove the problem I had to rollback to the 1.19.0 release.

It becomes duplicated after successful submission.

It seems you should open new thread for your problems because it’s not the same here.

My problem concerns forminator (for me it work on cf7) and before form submission.
