Challan will not activate

    I have downloaded Challan and it has installed successfully.

    When I choose activate in Plugins, it appears to be doing something but when the screen refreshes, it still has activate highlighted and no menu options appear for Challan.

    I have deleted and downloaded directly from here, in case the version in the repository had an issue, but had the same result.
