chaching problem detected

hi! my site is suffering from very bad loading issues. i am using SG optimizer
and cloudfare. i am pretty sure there is a cache problem. since i am not a developer i can really understand how to check the exact issue.
i can spetially see this problem hen loading my site in chrome browser in andorid devises after clearin cache of browser i see my site almost not loading.

i have tried testing in cache-cheker.com and the result are this this:

so i dont understand is my site being cached yes or no?because they state the couldn’t detect a caching mechanism on your website.
is it beying cached in static and dynamic level? what is wrong with my site?
