    Hello @pawkat

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.
Just to confirm, you are referring to the Cache Preload. If so, have you added more than one sitemap to the sitemap URL field?

    Thanks!

@vmarko thank you for your reply.
Yes, I have a general sitemap where placed links to the other sitemaps (ex. blog, retailers, …)

see screenshots https://prnt.sc/gOColpVvjvNz (general), https://prnt.sc/ESf6JU3QlBxB (retailer sitemap)

    Hello @pawkat

    Thank you for your feedback.
As you can check in the source of those pages:
Page Caching using disk: enhanced (Page is 404)
This means that the page is not cached as W3TC thinks this is 404 page. In this case, you can enable the option: Cache 404 (not found) pages in Performance>Page Cache. Make sure to check the description “If the disk enhanced method of disk caching is used, 404 pages will be returned with a 200 response code. Use at your own risk.
    .
    Thanks!

Hi @vmarko it works, thanks. One more question, would these pages be cached automatically or only when someone opened them?

    Hello @pawkat

    You are most welcome.
If those pages are added to the sitemap, they will be automatically cached as well.
    Thanks!
