[cfdb-save-form-post] on multiple html/php forms

Hello, thanks for making this plugin. Very useful. I have 4 custom coded html/php forms I want to track but for some reason it is only pulling in data for ONE of the forms. They are all set up properly and the same way. So it’s strange that it is only working for one. You can pull in multiple custom forms with the same shortcode (on all their respective action pages), correct? Thanks.
