If this is truly an Excel issue, then I can’t do anything about it.

If you open the exported file in a text editor that can show its contents as just text then you can at least check if the links are in the file correctly, implying that it is an Excel issue.

The TSV is just a tab-delimited text file but with a 16-bit encoding. Some text editors should be able to display the text in a readable way. I think Notepad++ can.

    Thanks for you quick reply.

It is an Excel issue and possibly other 3rd party as well.

In my view its a valid integration issue and
therefore CFDB user MUST be aware of it.

Its an integration issue of 3 players.
    1. CF7. Form name is set in CF7. Intuitively, one will use native language
    2. CFDB takes the “form name” from the DB and the name will appear in the file links.
    3. Excel (and possibly other apps) does not handle such file links correctly.

I found that if you set “form name”, in English – they all work well.
I think that any LTR simple charater set for form name will work too.
