cfdb-datatable Link Field

Hi,
I created a datatable from shortcode using CFDB plug-in. Here is the link to the page created. I would like the first field “Organisation Name” to be dynamic, meaning a link to the details of the organisation which will be presented as read only form on a page that I will design. So how can I make this possible? I know how to do it in Dreamweaver using PHP.Please can you Help.
