CF7 stopped working 4.8.1

Hi,

CF7 suddenly stopped working after update to cf7 4.8.1, each time I try to submit a form, I get the circle and it keep running like this:

here is some inspector error I noticed when trying to submit:

I rolled-back to version 4.8 and it works fine
