Hi, I have been using CF7 Skins with MailChimp for quite a while until I moved my hosting to another provider.
Now when someone tries to subscribe it comes up with an error message
“There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”

I contacted my new host to see if they could shed any light on the issue and they replied
“If newsletter sign up is using php mail() function then please let us know because we have disabled PHP mail() function on our shared server as it causes spamming”

    My page is
    https://www.newcastle-hypnotherapy.com/anxiety-freedom-workshop/

Can anyone confirm if it uses php mail please?
or is there anything else I can do to get this working asap?

    Thank you

After doing some checking with MailChimp it is actually adding the subscriber’s details to the correct list.
Usually, the system sends me an email to confirm this has happened and that has stopped working

Email sending is handled entirely by Contact Form 7 (the plugin that Contact Form 7 Skins extends).

For support on this problem you should create a question in the Contact Form 7 Support Forum. If you provide suitable info on the specific nature of your problem, someone will generally be able to help you there.

This is not a Contact Form 7 Skins issue.
