CF7 sheet connector stopped working

    Hi,

    I noticed that since about 1 or 2 weeks the CF7 Google Sheet connecter suddenly stopped working. I do receive sign-up information per e-mail (luckily) but nothing appears anymore in the Spreadsheet (while about 40 times before it worked fine).

    When you fill in the form (see https://meditatieinstituut.nl/introductieavond-meditatie-opleiding/ ), a loading circle appears and keeps spinning, and you won’t be redirected to the thank you page.
    When I turn of the GCF Google Sheet connecter plugin, you do get redirected so this is caused by the plugin not working correctly anymore.

    The error log is empty.

    Also, I thought it might be a good idea to de-authenticated the Google connection and authenticated it again, but when I click the de-authenticated it also keeps loading, but nothing happening.
    Also not after removing the plugin and installing this again.

    Sorry for the trouble you are facing,

    1. Can you enable the debug log from wp-config.php and then try then authenticate again and
    Then look at the wp-content/debug.log for errors

    2. Please confirm you have given the required permissions, you can confirm from here
    https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
    Look at the 3rd Party Apps, You will see GSheetConnector Logo, and to make sure, remove it once manually and then re-authenticate with google from the plugin settings.

    3. Make sure you entered the exact sheetname, sheetid, tabname and tabid of the sheet, and also set the headers manually in the selected sheet.

    4. Look at the wp-content/debug.log for the exact errors and let me know,
    Are you using any other Google Integration Plugin on the site? which might be causing the issue, you will get to know from debug.log

    Thanks for sending the debug log,
    There are various issues with the plugins you are using
    The Plugin which is creating an issue is backwpup
    In other support threads with this plugin, we have replied to the same issue,
    backupwpis using a different version of GuzzleHTTP version, therefore it’s not allowing sending the entries to the sheet, and creates a conflict.

    Therefore, can you deactivate this plugin and check it out once to confirm!
    After that, you can disable the debug log from wp-config.php

    simply-schedule-appointments plugin is conflicting because of older version of Google API

    Your error log shows
    Auth, Invalid OAuth2 access token

    Which means your authentication is not done properly,
    Reauthenticate with google along with the required permissions and let us know with the latest errors if have any

    I was able to fix that error.
    The entry of data in the spreadsheet continues to be intermittent.
    Some messages are entered, others are not.
    Can it be fixed?

    Make sure you entered the exact field name, there is no possibility to skipping some entries, if submitted a form with a success message then all the field names are specified in sheet headers properly then, No chance to miss any entry!

    It does not enter the complete message.
    enter the emai, but not in the form.
