CF7 Sending to old email address

On one of my contact forms, I had 2 mail recipients set up to get the form mailed to them. I have since removed one of the recipients but that eamil address is still reviving the email. It has been 2 weeks since I removed the second email and I have no cache plugins running so i don’t think that is the issue.
Do you have any suggestions as to how to stop this?
