CF7 recaptcha box shows off color band to the right of the box

I’m using modality theme (free version) and CF7 for my contact page. All was well until I enabled recaptcha on the form. Now there’s a blue bar to the right of the recaptcha box the same color as the Send button. The only way I can make it go away is to change the theme color from the default blue to white. However if I do that, then the Send button goes invisible until I hover over it. Here is a screenshot showing the blue bar and button.

Thank you for getting back with me. I figured that out late last night, and got rid of the blue bar. Unfortunately, the submit button is now invisible. Can you tell me how I can change the color of the submit button? I need to change either the button background from transparent (I guess, since it’s now invisible), or change the outline and font colors so that it shows up.
Buttons elsewhere in the site have maintained their blue color.
