    There are three ways you can get your radio buttons customized:

    1. Learn how to create custom styling for your Contact Form 7 forms. There are a lot of great articles out there, but I recommend starting with the Contact Form 7 official documentation on Styling Contact Forms. This doc also points to a detailed tutorial ‘Styling Contact Form 7 Forms‘ by CF7 Skins.
    2. Get a free or paid plugin that gives you alternative styling options for Contact Form 7 forms. In WordPress on the plugin page, searching for ‘Contact Form 7 Style’ or ‘style forms’ will give you a lot of options to check out.
    3. Hire a WordPress expert to fully customize your form all in one go. If you have the budget for a fully custom form, this is probably your easiest option.
