CF7 only passing First Name to MC

    I’m struggling to get the checkbox integration with CF7 to work correctly. I don’t want to collect First name and Second name separately, I want a single name field. The MailChimp for WordPress form works fine – whatever is typed into the Name field (Tag: FNAME) is sent over to MC fine. However in CF7, only the first word in the Name file (Tag: [your-name]) gets sent to MC.

    When I change the tag from [your-name] to [mc4wp_FNAME] not even the first word gets sent to MC. I’m sure I’m doing something wrong, but please can you give me some pointers.

    Hi middman,

    Please use [mc4wp-FNAME] as your “first name” field name. It’s a dash, not an underscore. That should do the trick!
