• Hello,
I have a problem for few weeks now.
When a customer leave a message on the contact form, I’m not receiving it.
I don’t know what to do. I tried to update php, the plugin, to change the e-mails. Nothing happens.
    Any solution ?

    Thank you

I too am having this issue on one site. The problem seems to be fairly recent – maybe starting in January? I have the latest version installed (everything is up to date – WP, etc), Flamingo is installed and I see the messages in the inbound section, and I get the success message when sending test messages. But the messages never arrive to the inbox.

Which version of WordPress and which version of the Contact Form 7 plugin do you use on the site?

    Hello Takayuki,

I appreciate your hard work with this plugin and quick responses.

I’ve also had an issue with Contact Form 7 when ReCAPTCHA v3 is enabled. I had to remove it in order to allow the form to send.

Message not sending on submit: “There was an error trying to send your message”

    • WordPress – Version 6.4.3
    • Contact Form 7: Version 5.8.7

    • WP Fastest Cache – Version 1.2.3
Deleted Cache and Minified CSS/JS – Form still not submitting.
    • WP Mail SMTP – Version 3.11.1 – Running Gmail mailer
WP Mail SMTP – Test Email Successful
Gmail mailer tested – authorised and running. Suspected issue with plugin for forms (CF7).
    • Contact Form 7 > Integrations
Attempted to readd reCAPTCHA v3 Keys – Form still not submitting.
    • Removed ReCAPTCHA v3 keys from Contact Form 7 > Integrations
      Form delivery working

Temporarily resolved but no spam protection active now.

    Hello,

For WordPress, it’s the 6.4.3 version.
    For CF7, the 5.8.7 version.
Actually, we have the message “Successfully sent” but nothing happens.

I have already seen this FAQ.
The spam filter has already been deleted. I can’t see something in the log.

    I can’t find a solution actually.

This is a weird issue – I have it on two separate sites:

Site 1: WP 6.4.3 / CF 5.8.7 (with reCaptcha integration)

Site 2: WP 6.4.3 / CF 5.8.6 (with reCaptcha integration)

I did some testing with various emails and different browsers. What seemed to be consistent across the board is that any emails at my domain would successfully get delivered (even an email address that doesn’t exist). Anything ELSE though – hotmail, gmail, yahoo – did NOT arrive even though it showed the green ‘sent’ message. I have Flamingo installed on both of these sites too, and it does show ALL of my test messages there.

On my own site, I disconnected reCaptcha, cleared my site cache and tested sending via the different email addresses again. Same results. I also tried deactivating Flamingo and then re-tested again – same results. It seems like it’s only domain emails from the same website domain that get delivered for some reason, though almost all of the test messages I sent got the green ‘sent’ message.

Hope that helps? Please let me know if there’s anything else I can provide.
