    Hi guys,

I wonder if someone can assist me.

I have CF7 running on my site with JS enabled so I can do on-the-fly field validation without needing to do a page re-load. I really like this feature and would like to keep it. My form works perfectly on web but simply does not submit on mobile (testing on iPhone 6s).

If I click submit when on mobile, I will simply see the spinning arrows icon which will go on forever and the form never submits.

I have seen a lot of talk of adding the string “add_filter( ‘wpcf7_load_js’, ‘__return_false’ );” to the functions.php file in my child theme and I have done this to see if it resolves the issue, which it does, but it creates a really poor user experience.

I am looking for a fix which doesn’t require me having to disable JS on the form at all – where my web and mobile form will still work as expected.

The site is https://www.digitaladvisoryafrica.com and the form I am referring to is my contact form at the footer of the page.

    Any advice would be appreciated?

    Thanks

    Alex

    Error fixed.

I had to delete Password protect plugin as it was restricting REST API access on the CF7 plugin. Was difficult to troubleshoot as it worked when you were logged in as admin, but didn’t work when testing as public user.
