CF7 Network Activate

Good morning,

I maintain a multisite that has CF7 network activated, but for no apparent reason. Some site use indeed CF7, whereas others do not have a contact form at all.

To limit the load I want to network disable CF7 and switch it back on, on the sites where it’s needed (and probably limit the JS/CSS load to the contact pages).

Question: will the CF7 forms stay intact when disabling the plugin network wide, so that with re-enabling the plugin on the respective sub-sites everything will work again? Or is there a possibility to backup and restore the forms (some JSON of sorts)?
