CF7 Keeps telling me to save changes before leaving page

  • When I go into “Contact” -> “Edit” for any CF7 form and change absolutely nothing. Then try to go to posts or anywhere else and I get a popup saying:

    Confirm Navigation
    The changes you made will be lost if you navigate away from this page.
    Are you sure you want to leave this page?

    Why is this happening?
