Also reproduced the bug on multiple sites in a multisite system. The locale on sites is ru_RU, but for content that comes after the form, the locale is set to en_US

Same problem on 5.7.3, I saw in other thread that changing the form locale on the database fix the issue but it would be better a native fix from the plugin
