    Hey M for W team:

    Your plugin is an impressively powerful too. We appreciate your work and dedication to addressing issues that arise in this public forum too.

    Site is in testing phase, so unfortunately I cannot provide a link.

    Problem:
    Testing M for W integration strongly suggests that the shortcode [mc4wp_checkbox] is unable to find the EMAIL field of a multi-step CF7 form in which the EMAIL field is located on the first of three steps. The M for W Debug Log shares the following:

    [2019-01-29 11:24:46] WARNING: Contact Form 7 > Unable to find EMAIL field.

    Thoughts?

    Cheers

    Hello,

    Thanks for reaching out to us and your kind words.

    Can you please let us know how you are creating a multi-step form? Our plugin can only detect data that is in the form when the form is submitted. While CF7 can check the data from sessions or any local storage method it uses, our plugin will not be able to do so. I would suggest finding a way to pass the data of the email as a hidden field in the final step.

    Let us know how that goes.

    I know it says resolved, but any updates on how you got it to work? I’m getting the same error message in the debug log.

    @jrstacyassoc,

    For a quicker reply, please create a new post in the future.

    Please note that our plugin cannot read the details of a multi-step form. To make this work, you will need to pass the value of the email field as a hidden field in all steps, especially the last.
