CF7 Errors

Hello!I used CF7 on my site.
I want to set validation rules:
1 min/max for text filed – minlength:4 maxlength:40 according to documentation https://contactform7.com/text-fields/ .
but i see error – https://prnt.sc/L7niS1DW2ry_

2 phone field. [tel* tel-101 class:form-control min:10 max:10 placeholder “+380631234567”]
But min and max are ignoring and does’t work ((

Can anybody help with this problems?
